Joanne DiPietro has been a practicing attorney since 1998, dedicated to servicing the legal needs of the Walpole community and surrounding areas focusing on all aspects of Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law, Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, Probate, Incorporation and Business matters.

In 2006, Joanne founded DiPietro Law, PC and represents lenders, buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial and residential zoning and land uses, as well as estate planning which includes drafting and preparation of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, probate administration and small business matters. We are proud to have been recognized with the Wicked Local’s Reader’s Choice Award.

In 2014, Joanne purchased Century 21 American Properties, located at 246 Main Street in Walpole, Massachusetts. Both offices complement one another in assisting clients with their sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties.
